Electronic payment methods

You can pay for the order using electronic payment methods — plastic cards and electronic money. The payment is credited within a few minutes from the moment of the transaction in the payment systems.


1.1. Visa MasterCard plastic cards (if such an option is available for your country)


The personal information provided by you (name, address, phone number, e-mail, credit card number) is confidential and is not subject to disclosure. Your credit card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our Web server.

The acquiring bank guarantees the security of processing online payments using plastic cards. All card transactions are carried out in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard and other payment systems. When transmitting information, special security technologies for online card payments are used, data processing is carried out on a secure high-tech processing server.

If you have any questions about the confidentiality of transactions with payment cards and the information you provide, you can contact the bank’s technical support service.

On the authorization page, you will need to enter the card number, the name of the card holder, the validity period of the card, the verification number of the card (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All the necessary data is printed on the card itself. The verification number of the card is three digits located on the back of the card.

For payment, you will be redirected to the bank’s page.

The payment must be made within 15 minutes after going to the card authorization page.

The transaction may take about 40 seconds. Wait for the operation to complete. Do not click the “Pay” button again.

The payment takes place in real time and is credited within 15 minutes.


1.2. Payment via PayPal

To pay with PayPal:

1. Create an order on the website.
2. Choose PayPal as the payment method
3. Pay the automatically created invoice on the PayPal website.
If you don’t have a registered PayPal account, you can create one in a few minutes.

1.3. Direct bank transfer

To make a payment from your bank account to the account of our organization, you must

1. Create an order on the website
2. Select “Direct Bank Transfer” as the payment method
3. After registration, you will receive the details for the transfer.
4. Make a transfer through your bank’s website and send us a payment receipt. An international bank transfer may take up to 5 business days. After the money is credited to our account, we will inform you about the receipt of the money and send you the order within 2 days.


2. CANCELLATION of the order

We accept the cancellation of the order only if the payment has been made, and the goods have not yet been sent. 

To do this, you need to inform us as soon as possible by e-mail that you want to cancel the order.


3. RETURN Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


3.1 Replacement under warranty

If the equipment is not fully complete or the equipment does not work correctly, then you need to contact our support service. We will send the details if the set was incomplete. If the equipment does not work correctly, the technical support manager will discuss with you how to replace the equipment or send you parts to replace the damaged ones .


3.2 Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


3.3 Return process

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Specify the estimated cost of the parcel no more than 150 US dollars.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


3.4 Refunds

The refund takes place within 7 (seven) days after we receive the equipment. We need to check the completeness and condition of the equipment before you make a refund. If the equipment is damaged due to the user’s fault, an act will be drawn up with a description of the damage and the cost of their repair. The cost of repair will be deducted from the buyer if the damage was caused by improper operation of the equipment.


4. RETURN of goods of improper quality.

If the product received by the customer has defects or the product is of improper quality, then we offer to either send another product instead of the existing one for free. The customer has 14 calendar days to check the product for defects from the moment it is received by the delivery service or transport company. Or you can return this product to us and get a refund.


Refund procedure:

4.1. Request refund

4.2. Product packaging

The product must be carefully packed – in the same form in which it came to the client. All parts inside the box must be attached to the box from the inside! Machine parts and components should not just lie inside the box. Otherwise, in case of damage due to incorrect packaging, we will be forced to withhold part of the funds for the restoration of the goods due to the customer’s fault due to improper packaging.


4.3 Send the goods to the Seller:

The product must be sent by a standard (non-courier) shipping method (for example, USPS). Save the receipt about the shipment. When specifying the cost of the contents of the parcel, specify no more than $ 150 or mark “return of the goods”.

4.4 Checking the completeness and correctness of the packaging of the returned goods

After receiving the parcel, the seller will check the contents for completeness and condition. If there is no damage, the seller will refund the goods in full.


4.5 Refund of funds

  • The funds will be sent to the buyer for:
  • Product (according to clause 4.4);
  • Compensation for the return shipment of the goods to the seller (according to the sender’s receipt, if the buyer paid for the return delivery costs).
